GEN CON 2021 BADGE REGISTRATION OPENS MAY 23RD
Gen Con announces that badge registration for in-person Gen Con 2021 at the Indiana Convention Center will open on May 23, 2021 at 12 PM ET. A limited number of 4-day badges will be available and they are expected to sell out. Once the 4-day badges sell out no further 4-day badges will be added! Ensure you are ready to buy your badges as soon as it opens! Additional single day badges may become available based on local, state, and national health and safety guideline changes. All attendees who rolled over their 2020 badges are guaranteed a badge and will have them added to their accounts automatically.
If you currently have a 2020 badge but either cannot or choose not to attend the 2021 convention and want to roll your badge over to 2022, you have until May 16, 2021 to request your badge is rolled over to 2022. All badge rollover requests must reach Gen Con by email by May 16. Include your Gen Con ID# (Next to your name on your account) and the name(s) on the badges to be rolled over. Trade Day will return for Gen Con 2021 in partnership with Alliance Game Distributors with a modified schedule and content tracks. A limited amount of Trade Day badges will be availabe on May 23, 2021 for educators, librarians, and retailers. Anyone who rolled over their Trade Day 2020 badges will automatically will be contacted by Gen Con with additional information.
Pop-Up Gen Con registration will start on June 27, 2021 and registration will cost $5. Attendees will select their choice of local game store from the list of participating retailers when registering. Due to health and safety concerns, each store will determine how to operate their event safely in their community, and some stores will not offer online registration.
Gen Con Online registration will also start on June 27, 2021.
